NZ Delivery1) How long will it take to get my order?We aim to dispatch your order on the same or next working day of receiving it. If we cannot meet this time frame we will let you know by email. (with the exception of made-to-order items or as detailed within the relevant product descriptions). Orders made by bank transfer or layby are sent once payment has been received. All orders are sent with PBT Couriers, who offer a fast and reliable service within New Zealand. Your tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation so that you may be able to track your package online within transit.Please use a physical address. Rural delivery: additional $4.50 to above options if order doesn't qualify for free delivery. *WAIHEKE ISLAND & STEWARD ISLAND: Beautiful Islanders, we are sorry we cannot subsidise shipping to you anymore - The free delivery offer does not apply to Island addresses and we now charge the price that our couriers charge us being $19 per delivery. We also offer a NZ Post service to Waiheke Island, which is available at checkout for $9.95 flat rate. THIS IS AN UNTRACKED SERVICE and is sent at your own risk. If it's a high value item and you do not wish to pay the courier charge we recommend you courier to an off-island address.
By default all items sent within NZ are sent with the requirement for signature on delivery. If you find it more convenient for courier items to be left in the mailbox, you can specify that signature is not required. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for items that go missing when the signature on delivery option has been cancelled by the customer. |
