Active Ingredients: Fresh fermented paw paw. The base of the ointment is a mix of castor oil, beeswax, coconut oil, cocoa butter, honey, jojoba oil, vanilla bean oil, candelilla wax (derived from the leaves of the small Candelilla shrub), carrot oil, stevia (rebaudiana bertoni )extract, tocopherol (natural vitamin E).
Petrochemicals are manufactured from crude petroleum, one of the most common petrochemicals found in skin care products is petrolatum, also known as petroleum jelly.
WHY SHOULD PETROLEUM JELLY BE AVOIDED?
• It is listed as a probable human carcinogen by the European Union (EU).
• It is banned in EU Cosmetics (unless very specific purification standards are met).
• It is commonly contaminated with Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHS). PAHS are strongly linked to a wide variety of detrimental diseases.
It tends to interfere with the body's own natural moisturising mechanism, leading to dry skin and chapping.

Like this way better than the Lucas (red jar) Pawpaw cream. Great for healing up scrapes and cracked skin from cold/washing hands lots with a baby. Even my husband has tried it and is very impressed. I agree with an above review, a bigger pack size would be great.

I stopped using Lucas Pawpaw when a friend at coffee group pointed out that it was petroleum based (so thats what that smell is!!)
I've been using the Suvana on Master 2 for a few weeks and any time he has a scratch, bruise or nappy rash etc, I put a little on and like majic it's gone. They need to bring out a bigger tube!
