Can I return it and get a refund?
Yes, we have a 100 days return policy for all goods*, which are still in their original condition. The following outlines any exceptions to this policy and our Terms & Conditions:
- For the return of Clearance Sale items, we offer a Store Credit, which is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. However, we will meet any obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
- Due to sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept any returns or exchanges on Breast Pumps and Breast Pump accessories.
- Original condition means the goods need to be unused, unassembled, unaltered, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition as determined by Belly Beyond.
- Full priced (& regular sale) items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return. Note: This does not include a refund of the shipping costs.
- If your order was placed during a free freight promotion or qualified for free freight, we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund / store credit amount. If your order contained a bulky item/s we will deduct the actual freight costs for those items from your refund / store credit amount.
- Items purchased via the LayBuy payment system, will be will refunded less LayBuy transactional fees.
- We can't accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
- If you wish to return an item that has a free gift promotion then all items must be as per our return policy (including the free gift). You have the choice to return the item and the gift for a full refund of the purchase price or to keep the gift and we will deduct the gift value from your refund amount. (E.g. If you don't keep the qualifying item, understandably you don't get to keep the gift.)
- We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery.
Can I exchange it?
If you want to exchange an item from our store for something else, the fastest way to get the replacement goods in your hands is for you to order it in a new order and then process a return/refund for the original item. The refund will be processed once the item has been received and approved by us. Alternatively, you can wait until your refund has been processed before buying the exchange item, but note that this will take longer.

What if the item is faulty?
While we hope every order makes its way to you in perfect condition, sometimes things can go wrong or get missed along the way. If your item is sent to you with a fault or if a manufacturing fault occurs during a warranty period, please contact the Belly Beyond Customer Service Team so that we can help put things right. Final Sale Items
Occasionally, we will have products marked as “Clearance - Final Sale”.
These items will be clearly marked on the product page and on your invoice so that you are aware that they cannot be returned. These items are sold as Final Sale, with no return or exchange, except in the instance of obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Belly Beyond reserve the right to void an order, due to technical problems occurring in pricing or stock holding or any other technical issue. The customer will have the choice to pay the balance owing to receive the item(s) or to cancel the order.
