Yes. We want you to love what you buy from us - end of story. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered you can return your order to us within 100 days of receipt*, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price.
Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return.
We can't refund your freight costs. If your order qualified for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.
We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in resaleable condition as determined by Belly Beyond. That means no make up, milk stains or deoderant marks or any other mark it didn't have when it left our warehouse!
HEADS UP: The Belly Beyond Product Sniffer is strict - if it does not meet the above criteria, an exchange or refund cannot be processed and the item(s) will be returned to you.
If you wish to return an item that has a free gift promotion then all items must be as per our return policy (including the free gift). You have the choice to return the item and the gift for a full refund of the purchase price or to keep the gift and we will deduct the gift value from your refund amount. (eg, if you don't keep the qualifying item, understandably you don't get to keep the gift!)
We can't accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
*Please note this does not include DVD's or other promotions as clearly marked on the items (eg, Final Sale items, Private Sale Code items) which are considered a final sale (we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act)
After 100 days, the item is yours to keep.
We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery.
