Bra Sizing Guide

These bras do fit on the smallish side and it depends on how wide across the back you are.  If you are in between sizes (eg, a 12DD could be a M or L then order down for a snugger fit and ultimate support.  Keep in mind if you are a 12DD but lean more towards a 14, then order the larger size).

The approximate size conversions are
10B, 10C, 10D, 12B
10D, 10DD, 10E, 12C, 12D, 12DD, 14B
10E, 12DD, 12E, 12F 14C, 14D, 14DD, 16B
14DD, 14E, 14F, 16C, 16D, 16DD, 16E, 18C, 18D

Bought for sleeping in and it is amazing as it holds your breast pads in place so you don't get a wet top overnight! It's also easy to use and good as a sports bra. Fits tight and snug as they say - I'm probably a 12b and the size small is just a tad tight around the chest/back but is still comfortable and I wouldn't go up a size in case it list it's effectiveness in holding pads in place!

I find this bra with its wide opening excellent to use while feeding. I've had frustrations with other feeding bras & nursing singlets where the opening wasn't wide enough (especially when the milk comes in!) & I've had material from the bras bunching up against baby's cheeks or getting into his mouth while trying to latch him on.
Really comfortable to wear & I find it provides ample support (but am not a runner though, I tend to work out with weights & cycling instead; Les Mill's RPM & Pump classes)

Grew from 12C to 16E/F/G (depends time of day as feeding twins so fuller at night - also do my sports in morning and evening). Bought an XL, wished I had bought an 2XL as whilst it's snug, it's a bit too snug to wear for a long time (more than 2 hours) comfortably. I still couldn't run in this bra comfortably - lots of movement up and down, the bra just pressed my breasts into me rather than prevent up/down jiggle. Probably just a sizing issue...

This is a great bra - no movement at all!! I went for a Med as am normally a 12D and find it tight and firm but the Large would be too big I think. Easy to feed from. Excellent price and delivery service!

Bought size L as I am now a 14D, it is fairly snug but I wanted good support. It definitly provides that - only a small amount of movement during my first post pregnancy run. Feeding clips are high on the shoulder so may get in the way if you were wearing a pack.

A comment for others unsure of sizing - I've been wearing 14DD in other similiar (but non-sport) styles so bought the XL as recommended for D Cup. I have found it too big so not quite as supportive as I expected.
I believe is purely a sizing issue, product is great - really comfortable and makes it easy to feed straight after a workout if needed. I'll get L next time!

This bra is fantastic. Not just for exercise but for everyday use. Purchased two about a month after frustration with other feeding bras.
I have worn the two constantly, one in the wash one on!
Recommend! And the price is compariable with the cheapo ones available at retail stores.

Also great delivery arrived so quick! Thanks Bellybeyond!
