Dispatch Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Applies to any available for purchase product that is marked with the Dispatch Guarantee Logo.
2. You must have paid in full, cleared funds (eg, credit card payment) before 3pm on Monday to Friday.
3. All New Zealand and Regional Public Holiday days are excluded from this offer. 
4. NZ addresses only and full courier address details are required at the time of order to qualify for the guarantee.  If a PO Box is used as the delivery address, the guarantee does not apply.
5. If your order contains items that are not in stock, the Dispatch Guarantee item will be shipped with the back ordered items to follow.  You will not be charged another delivery fee.
6. It you select the Pick Up option or the incorrect freight region at check out, the guarantee does not apply.
7. The Dispatch Guarantee logo will not always appear on the same products.
8. If an item is marked with the Dispatch Guarantee Logo and is showing as out of stock, eg, you are unable to place your order, then the guarantee does not apply.     
9. Should the order not be dispatched as per the guarantee, then you will receive your money back on the Dispatch Guarantee item(s) in your order.
10. Please note this is a DISPATCH guarantee, not a DELIVERY guarantee (if only we could control the worlds couriers!)
