Returns & Exchanges
Please choose carefully, we regret we cannot refund or exchange sale items.We will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.-Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 working days of us receiving the return. -We do not refund your freight costs. If your order qualified for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount. -We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in resaleable condition as determined by Belly Beyond. -We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. -After 60 days, the item is yours to keep. We strongly advise all customers to check goods thoroughly upon delivery. Please be aware that you will incur an additional freight charge for the delivery of the replacement item (unless the item was faulty, damaged, or sent to you in error).
We offer a no-quibble guarantee on returned items, providing you return them within 60 days of receipt, in original condition and in the original packaging. Simply let us know whether you'd like a replacement or a refund as per our Returns Policy above. Please note this does not include DVD's - the nature of copying means all DVD's are firm sale (we will of course meet all the requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act).
