Shipping

We ship to addresses all around New Zealand.

Orders under $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $6.50 or $12.00 for rural delivery.
We offer free shipping on all orders $100.00 and over, New Zealand wide.

We aim to have all orders processed for dispatch within 24 hours of the next working day from when the order was placed.

You should receive your tracking information via email by the end of that working day, or at the latest by the end of the following working day.

From the time you receive your tracking, please allow between 2–3 working days for delivery to standard New Zealand addresses. Rural locations can take longer, depending on your location within New Zealand.

For small orders, we generally use overnight courier bags, which tend to be delivered by the following day.

When ordering on or around a weekend or public holiday, please allow more time for your order to get to you.

If it has been more than 3 working days and your order tracking has not updated, please let our team know and we will try find out more details from the courier.

In addition, you can see via the link here whether the postage depots are operating as usual or are under pressure with parcels.

Returns and exchanges

If the product is in brand new condition with the packaging intact we can offer an exchange or refund within 100 days of purchase.
We will need you to send the product back to us at your own cost. Please view our Returns and Exchanges policy and reach out to us by replying to your original order confirmation email with the details of your request and photo proof of the new and sealed condition of the item you wish to return.

We will require your order no. and your reason for exchange/refund.
We will also ask for a photo of proof of condition after you reach out to us. Then once it is sent back we will double check its condition before arranging the refund/exchange.

Once you have contacted us (by replying to your original order confirmation email), we will be able to provide you with our address if we have given provisional approval of your return (based on your photo evidence of the condition).

Yes we do! Just put the products you want into your cart and you can select the $10.00 gift wrapping option. If this option is not available, it may mean that it is not available for gift wrapping, either due to its large size or if it is a dropshipped item.

We also have some gift bundles we have created with some of our most popular products you can check out. Some come in a gift box, while others require you to select the gift wrapping option for an additional $10.

We are just an online store only. But our offices and warehouse is based in Christchurch, so all orders except from dropshipping are shipped from there.
