Can I return it?
Yes. We want you to love what you buy from us - end of story. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered you can return your order to us within 100 days of receipt*, unused, with the goods undamaged and in their original packaging, we will be happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price.
Items will be refunded back to the original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the return.
We can't refund your freight costs. If your order was placed during a free freight promotion or qualified for free freight we will deduct the freight amount you would have paid from your refund amount.
We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, have their labels removed, altered or damaged and we can only accept items returned if they are within their original product packaging and are in re-saleable condition as determined by Belly Beyond. That means no make up, milk stains or deodorant marks or any other mark it didn't have when it left our warehouse!
Can I exchange it?
After many years and over 50,000 happy customers, we've found the fastest way to get the replacement goodies in your hands is for you to jump back online and order the replacement in a new order and we refund you for the original purchase once they're received back to us.

Occasionally we will have products marked as “Clearance”.
If you find that the product is not quite what you were looking for you are welcome to return the product for a store credit. We do not offer refunds for products marked as “Clearance”.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally we will have products marked as “Final Sale”.
These items will be clearly marked on the product page and on your invoice so there are no surprises.
As the name suggests these items are sold as Final Sale with no return or exchange (we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act).

HEADS UP: The Belly Beyond Product Sniffer is strict - if it does not meet the above criteria, an exchange or refund cannot be processed and the item(s) will be returned to you.
We can't accept responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received by us. Understandably, without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund.
*Please note this does not include DVD's or other promotions as clearly marked on each item (eg, Final Sale Items) which are considered a final sale (we will of course meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act).
What if the item is faulty?
Even the best of products aren't bullet proof and every now and then something goes wrong.

Belly Beyond reserve the right to refuse an order due to technical problems occuring in pricing or stock holding or any other technical issue. The customer will have the choice to pay the balance owing to receive the item(s) or to cancel the order.
